In the shop, StitchLab Classics start at 1 piece, anything with your logo (embroidery, print or patch) starts at 5, and the cardigan with your logo starts at 50. Fully custom projects can also start at 5 pieces, though some things make more sense at higher volumes. Send us what you're building and we'll give you a straight answer, not a form letter.

Shop items have a set price you see before you pay. Fully custom projects are quoted on product type, quantity, and your specific specs, because there's no standard price list for something custom. Send us what you need and you'll have a real number within 24 hours. No ranges, no estimates, no pressure.

We keep it simple: full payment up front, no deposits and no balance to chase later. In the shop you pay by card at checkout. On custom quotes we accept credit card, Interac e-transfer, bank or wire transfer, and crypto (Bitcoin, Ethereum, and USDC). Whatever's easiest on your end.

Yes. Every order with your logo starts with a digital proof you approve (within 2 business days in the shop, with a full refund if you reject it). On custom projects, physical samples are available too. Nothing moves into full production without your sign-off.

Most orders are 4–6 weeks to delivery. In the shop that runs from proof approval for logo items, and from payment for StitchLab Classics. Rush timelines are available on custom projects, on request. Reach out with your date and we'll tell you straight whether it's doable.

No. If you already have files, upload your logo in the shop, or bring print-ready vector artwork to a custom quote, and we go straight to production. If you need a logo designed or garment artwork created from scratch, we offer that as a paid service. See our Design & Artwork page.

Yes. We design logos and brand marks. Logo / Mark starts from $800 CAD, and if you produce with us, your full design fee is credited back against your order. Getting your artwork print- and stitch-ready for the garment (color separations, embroidery digitizing, placement, and a mockup to approve) is included as part of producing with us; original artwork drawn from scratch is quoted alongside your project. Your order is fully covered. If anything isn't right (wrong color, bad print, damaged pieces), we fix it or replace it at no cost. Every production run is insured. No runaround, no passing blame down a supply chain.

Yes. We ship across Canada, the United States, and internationally. Duties are always paid up front. Shop prices include delivery and duties to the country you ship to (very small orders outside Canada may add a small top-up, shown in your cart before you pay), and every custom quote is a landed price. No surprise invoices at the border. Wherever your brand operates, we get product there clean.

We support screen printing, embroidery, heat transfer, direct-to-garment, and custom woven labels. The method is chosen to match your brand's quality standard and the garment construction. We'll recommend what's right for your specific project.

Yes. Custom neck labels, woven care tags, hang tags, and branded packaging are all available. Your garments carry your brand identity end-to-end, not a manufacturer's logo.
