Shop prices are clear at checkout, with duties paid. Custom projects get a real quote, usually within 24 hours, landed with no setup fees or hidden charges. Full payment up front books your production slot.
Logo orders start with a digital proof for your approval (within 2 business days in the shop, with a full refund if you reject it). Custom projects can add physical samples, included at qualifying quantities or for a flat fee. Nothing goes into full production until you’ve signed off.
Your order goes into production after you approve. Shop logo orders run 4 to 6 weeks from proof approval; on custom projects the timeline starts once your payment and approval are in. We keep you updated, so you’ll never have to wonder where things stand.
We ship worldwide, duties handled, to your door. Everything is paid up front, so there's nothing to settle when it arrives. And if anything isn't right when it arrives, we make it right (see below).
